Di Majo Norante - Contado Aglianico - Riserva Taurasi DOCG

Di Majo Norante's Contado is a Riserva Taurasi from Campania, built on Aglianico grown in the volcanic soils that give this DOCG its structure. Taurasi is Italy's answer to Barolo in the south — dense, tannic and built to last, with Aglianico's natural grip and dark fruit at its core.

Expect a wine of real backbone: firm tannins, savoury depth and a long finish that wants food. Pour with beef, lamb or anything off the grill — this is a wine for slow-cooked, char-marked dishes, not an aperitif. Serve at 16-18°C to let the structure soften and the fruit open up.
